Editor review
Wave Track Mini is a basic mini racer with cosmetic monetisation pressure. Twelve tracks across one tournament. Functional but monetisation undermines it.
What works is the responsive steering and basic racing format.
What does not work is the ad load. Thirty-second ads after every race with paid-skip.
Tested over one Edinburgh tram ride from Edinburgh before stopping.
Where the game tries hardest is the cosmetic shop. Twenty paint themes via grindable currency.
Where I would push back is the entire monetisation pattern.
Two-and-a-half stars. Skip in favour of better racers on this catalogue.
